RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • How do I return/exchange an item?

If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To initiate the process, please visit our return or exchange-request page and provide your order ID and mobile number used to place the order. 

Be sure to upload at least 3 images of the product so we can assess its condition. 

Requests submitted without images will not be accepted. 

Please note that we cannot process return or exchange requests after the 7-day window has passed. Once you have submitted a request, our team will review it, and if all conditions are met, we will arrange for the item to be picked up.

Following products are not eligible for return:

  • Please note that products must be returned with their original packaging and any additional items that were included with the product at the time of delivery. 
  • Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return. 
  • To facilitate the return process, we may request that you provide images of the item and its packaging.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange Requests

All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are possible if your location is serviceable by our logistics team, or if the desired product or size is available in stock.

If a free gift was received with the purchase and the main item is being returned, the free product must also be returned.
Only one return or exchange request can be made per order.

If a physical quality check is failed by the StitchCraft team, the customer is not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

If the customer wishes to use the product after a failed quality check, they must bear the cost of logistics and handling, which will be intimated at the time of courier and must be paid in advance.

If the customer fails to pay the logistic cost in advance, StitchCraft will not ship the product.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 10-12 days of receiving the returned/exchanged items.

Only eligible items will be considered for a refund.

If the order was prepaid, the refund will be processed in the source account/method used for payment.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account details provided at the time of requesting the refund.
